For the past several years, I've been on an exciting journey in the realm of data analysis. I started my career as a Process Technical Engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines Corporation in Calamba City, Laguna. Over nearly 5 years in this role, I honed my analytical skills, consistently monitoring and analyzing process defects. Leveraging these skills, I provided effective countermeasures that significantly reduced defects and boosted productivity. Effectively utilizing Excel, I crafted reports with data visualizations to communicate insights.
To further enhance my expertise and embark on a new chapter, I pursued the Data Scientist Pathway through a scholarship from Project SPARTA PH. I also completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate on Coursera. These experiences not only enriched my proficiency in Excel but also broadened my knowledge in Python, SQL, Tableau and machine learning.
Beyond data analysis, I find balance and joy in a variety of interests. I love singing, reading awesome books and mangas, and immersing myself in anime. I also love exploring new destinations and I'm always on the lookout for the next exciting journey, budget permitting!
In the future, I want to learn more about machine learning. I want to leverage this powerful tool to extract more meaningful insights from data.
